The staff/management are extremely helpful, cheerful, and prompt. The location is ideal---not too far from ASU, but also pretty close to both campuses of Mesa Community College. It's relatively quiet and most of the people who do live in the apartment complex are pretty friendly. And the rent is also pretty reasonable.

Hi~ I have recieved great front office service from both Scott and Michelle. What a great way to treat customers and refresing!

We have lived here for 1 year and we cant wait to renew our lease. They are friendly and courteous. They are always on prompt on maintenance requests. The only poor thing is that all the parking is in the back so if you have a handful of groceries you have to walk a ways to get to your apartment. The pools are always clean and there is no bugs for sure. Scott is the best. He really tries to make you happy.

We like living at the Lucera apartment complex. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, big box stores (Walmart & Target), etc. It's quiet and we have nice neighbors. We enjoy swimming in the pool, working out in the gym, interacting with Lucera's staff and with our neighbors. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience living here. It's true they don't have everything that some other complexes do, but when comparing apartments in the same price range, you can't go wrong.

I would tell them it is a great place to live and that I like living there.

Its nice. The apartment is very cozy, the staff is very friendly and there are no bugs. So far so good
